With his supervisor's approval gave us an excellent deal, and had our old water heater replaced the very next morning. Awesome. Josh informed me that the reason I wasn't getting any cool air was because there was no coolant and my unit is so old it wasn't worth investing a lot of money to use freon. So we are exploring other options. I have had several other companies come out and never even mentioned it. A lot of wasted money. If we do choose to install a new unit, I will most certainly hire them.
