Richard came to the home as scheduled. He looked over the problem and then explained in detail what was wrong with the water heater. He explained the cost of a new one. The cost was accepted. He then immediately sent for a tech called Andy to complete the installment. Andy came on time. He proceeded to remove the 40 year old leaking water heater and replaced it with a new one. Before leaving the job, Andy checked to make sure the heater was heating and operating correctly with the hot water faucets in the home. The area around the heater was left very clean and neat. There were no signs that an old outdated heater had ever sat in the area. I recommend both Richard and Andy to anyone who needs a plumber. They both are exceptional employees.

We had our kitchen drain plug and our garbage disposal fail late Friday night. I reached out to Can Do and they were able to schedule for Saturday.
Andy W. arrived and quickly opened the drain line. (I had used a 25’ snake the night before with no luck) Next he installed the new disposal with textbook perfection.

Awesome. Josh informed me that the reason I wasn't getting any cool air was because there was no coolant and my unit is so old it wasn't worth investing a lot of money to use freon. So we are exploring other options. I have had several other companies come out and never even mentioned it. A lot of wasted money. If we do choose to install a new unit, I will most certainly hire them.

Woke up to a leaking water heater and decided to get a few estimates. Jason with CanDoCrew came out immediately and discussed all the options. Based on his knowledge and experience, we decided to just do an in-kind replacement with a high quality AO Smith gas heater. He gave us a very competitive estimate and said they could install it the same day. True to his word, Andy came out and installed the new unit. Andy was very friendly, capable and did a great job with the install. Overall, CanDoCrew did a great job and turned an otherwise lousy day into a positive experience. The work was done. This is not about the question if the work was not good but I really think for the parts that cost no more than $20 and I was charged $250. I think it’s a lot of money for something that was very simple so pretty much the labor was $230. I could’ve found somebody for cheaper but I didn’t. I wanted to see how much a company like this will charge for the hard-working people in America not that they don’t work hard, but I thought it was overpriced for something that took no more than 10 minutes, but I did the job and that’s what I contracted them to do. I could’ve said no I’m not bashing him, but I am saying your price is a little too high. Hopefully this can help you guys lower some of your price and I understand you have to pay gas. The technician, but I still think he has an overpriced. but Eric did a great job. He knew what he was doing in this post is not about him not doing a good job. This is about the company that he works for overpriced the job but as an individual Eric did a great job. Thank you very much Eric.
