Awesome. Josh informed me that the reason I wasn't getting any cool air was because there was no coolant and my unit is so old it wasn't worth investing a lot of money to use freon. So we are exploring other options. I have had several other companies come out and never even mentioned it. A lot of wasted money. If we do choose to install a new unit, I will most certainly hire them.

Woke up to a leaking water heater and decided to get a few estimates. Jason with CanDoCrew came out immediately and discussed all the options. Based on his knowledge and experience, we decided to just do an in-kind replacement with a high quality AO Smith gas heater. He gave us a very competitive estimate and said they could install it the same day. True to his word, Andy came out and installed the new unit. Andy was very friendly, capable and did a great job with the install. Overall, CanDoCrew did a great job and turned an otherwise lousy day into a positive experience. Brandon was great did not try and up sell just told us what options we had to address a issue now or later so we choose the now and the other part later the first for our ac unit. The work was done. This is not about the question if the work was not good but I really think for the parts that cost no more than $20 and I was charged $250. I think it’s a lot of money for something that was very simple so pretty much the labor was $230. I could’ve found somebody for cheaper but I didn’t. I wanted to see how much a company like this will charge for the hard-working people in America not that they don’t work hard, but I thought it was overpriced for something that took no more than 10 minutes, but I did the job and that’s what I contracted them to do. I could’ve said no I’m not bashing him, but I am saying your price is a little too high. Hopefully this can help you guys lower some of your price and I understand you have to pay gas. The technician, but I still think he has an overpriced. but Eric did a great job. He knew what he was doing in this post is not about him not doing a good job. This is about the company that he works for overpriced the job but as an individual Eric did a great job. Thank you very much Eric.

Hired the Can Do Crew to do a repipe. The guys that did the work were more than helpful and got it done in a timely manner. Daniel came to patch up the walls. Though it did take longer than first estimated he did great work and was very communicative throughout the process.

I've had Can Do Crew do a few jobs and maintenance for me and they are very professional. I had them do maintenance on my HVAC and plumbing. They noticed lots of things I needed to get repaired and gave me options on how I would want them fixed. They also took lots of photos. They are very nice and really want you to be in the know about your house. If you're a member, you get discounts on their services. They are a tad expensive on housework repairs but that is usual for these kinds of jobs so I think they are on par for other pricing around. Will continue to do business with them in the future!

The Star rating is for the technician only. The service tech, Tyler was on time and very professional and informative. The basic consult/service ($59) that I opted for on our tankless water heater gave us a temporary fix to a bigger issue.
Unfortunately I won’t be using Can Do Crew for the major repair because their labor prices are outrageous! My parts were a third of the price of what they charge with labor.
Now I remember why we DIY everything.

Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon called and had someone scheduled for Sunday but was called Saturday morning that they could come out and do an evaluation. Jason came out saw the unit and made several recommendations and explained the different types of water heaters that they offered and called to see if they had in stock n which they did. Said he could have a team out on Sunday. Later in the morning called and said he didn’t want me to go without hot water and that he could have someone come out in about an hour if that was ok. Said was perfect and they came out and installed the new unit same day. Jason was a great help and was very professional and knowledgeable about the types of water heaters and what would be best for us. I highly recommend anyone needing any HVAC, plumbing and any need to give Jason and the can do crew a call. You will not be disappointed.

Update: had can do crew come out to give me an estimate on a mini split for the garage and Shaun was great. He explained what I needed to cool the garage down and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I ended up booking the project with him and they will be out Friday to install. Definitely a great guy to work with and a great company.

Absolutely amazing service. Aaron was so helpful and patient. They got us scheduled for our HVAC replacement and did a thorough check on the entire unit.

Tech was great. Toilet needed new bolts. For the minimal work we feel it was overpriced. Will call again if needed & recommend company to others.

Tyler was personable and patient with me and my old pipes, his job was a challenge as the house is over 60 years old. With much old fashioned using your brain and brawn, he managed to complete a very tough job replacing my wall mounted kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet that was frozen stuck (both which I purchased on-line). The faucets look beautiful and work like a charm, no more leaks!
